These terms apply when you use eventconnexion.co.zw. By using the site, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

What Event Connexion is

Event Connexion is a free, non-political guide to events happening in Zimbabwe. Listings come from an automated web scout and from organisers who submit directly; an admin reviews every submission before it goes live. We don't sell tickets, take payments, or reserve spots at any event — we're a listings guide only.

Accuracy of listings

We try to keep listings accurate, but event details can change after we publish them, and listings sourced automatically can occasionally contain mistakes. Always confirm the date, time, venue and price with the organiser before you go. We're not responsible for losses arising from relying on information on this site.

Submitting an event

If you submit an event, through the form or through the Snorks chat assistant, you agree that:

• The information you give us is accurate and you're authorised to share it.
• The event is real, legal, and not political or hate-related content — this site stays non-political.
• We can review, edit for clarity, reject, or remove your submission at our discretion, and we don't guarantee a review timeline.
• Any image you upload is yours to share, and doesn't infringe anyone else's rights.

The Snorks chat assistant

Snorks is an AI assistant that helps you find events or submit your own. Its replies are generated automatically and, like any AI, it can occasionally get things wrong — treat anything it tells you about a specific event as a starting point, not a confirmed fact. It cannot take payments, reserve tickets, or promise that a submission will be published.

Acceptable use

Please don't:

• Use the site to submit spam, scams, or misleading listings.
• Try to disrupt the site, scrape it at scale, or interfere with other visitors' use of it.
• Upload content that's illegal, abusive, or infringes someone else's rights.

Intellectual property

The Event Connexion name, logo, and site design belong to us. Content you submit (event details, descriptions, images) remains yours, but by submitting it you give us permission to publish and display it on the site as part of a listing.

No warranty, limited liability

The site is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we're not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site, attendance at a listed event, or reliance on information we publish.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the site changes. We'll update the date at the top when we do. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Zimbabwe.
